Sourdough Baking Workshop

Learn to bake sourdough at a hands-on workshop for adults 18 and up at the McBride Community Center in Vacaville on Saturday, December 12, from 2:00 to 4:30 PM. Home baker and former educator Victoria Dunlap explains fermentation and gluten development and covers shaping, scoring and getting a good rise and crust. Beginners and experienced bakers are both welcome. The class is $105, and pre-registration with the City of Vacaville is required.
