About this project
Hi neighbor! I’m a Vacaville local who loves this city and wants it to thrive. I built Events in Vacaville to make it easy for people to find great local events and discover the businesses that make our town special.
Vacaville has so much to offer—parks, small shops, community centers, and people doing cool things every week. But it can be hard to hear about everything. This site brings it all together in one place.

To share local events with people from all over, so our local businesses can grow and thrive.
Why this matters
When more people show up to events, everyone wins. Local shops get more customers. Artists and organizers get more support. Families get more things to do. And Vacaville feels more alive and connected. Visitors also benefit. Whether you’re passing through or new to town, this site helps you experience Vacaville like a local.
What we do
We collect and share events happening around Vacaville—markets, workshops, music, family activities, community gatherings, and more. We want this to be the easiest place to see what’s going on this week and what’s coming next. To keep things helpful and safe, events are reviewed before they go live.
How you can help
If you’re hosting an event, submit it. If you hear about one, share it. The more people contribute, the better this becomes for everyone. Local businesses can also get involved by posting events, specials, or seasonal happenings.
