Floating Sound Bath

Event Details

Yoga Core Fit on Butcher Road in Vacaville hosts a Floating Sound Bath on Sunday, November 15, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. The 90-minute workshop starts with 45 minutes of gentle yoga, then 45 minutes of guided meditation while you rest in an aerial hammock hung one foot off the floor. Singing bowls, crystal bowls, rain sticks and bamboo chimes set the sound. Bring a mat and blanket; the cost is $69 per person.
