The Vaca Jazz Society presents A Day of Jazz!, the Vacaville Jazz Festival 2026, at the Vacaville Performing Arts Theatre on Saturday, September 19. Led by Duncan McElman and the jazz faculty of Sacramento State, the day features free clinics and improv workshops on trumpet, trombone, sax, bass, piano and guitar, plus a Young Musicians Showcase from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Concerts begin at 2:00 PM, spotlighting local talent from Vacaville, Will C. Wood, Vanden and Dixon high schools. Free admission — no tickets required.
